Waffles


1½ c. flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1¼ c. milk
Beat all ingredients together until almost smooth, batter will still be slightly lumpy. Bake in hot waffle iron for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
