Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except oats, flour and raisins with electric mixer on medium speed. Stir in oats, flour and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack to avoid over baking. Yields about 3 dozen. (Betty Crocker)
